Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of custom AI voice and automation services ("Services") provided by Roofing AI Systems ("the Company", "we", "us") to the purchaser ("the Client", "you").

By completing the checkout process and purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Roofing AI Systems provides custom AI voice receptionists, calendar integrations, and lead reactivation systems. The specific features, included AI minutes, and scope of automation are determined by the specific package (e.g., Business Foundation or APEX Autopilot) selected by the Client at checkout.

2. BILLING & PAYMENT TERMS

Our pricing structure consists of two parts:

• One-Time Setup & Engineering Fee: Billed immediately upon checkout. This secures your onboarding slot and covers the intensive custom engineering, API integrations, and AI training required for your specific business.
• Monthly Optimization Retainer: This recurring fee covers included AI minutes, server maintenance, and ongoing system optimization. Billing for the monthly retainer will only commence once the AI system is officially integrated and live for your business.

3. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

Due to the immediate allocation of engineering resources, proprietary infrastructure setup, and custom API development that begins the moment an order is placed, the One-Time Setup Fee is strictly non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for the Setup Fee under any circumstances.

4. DATA PRIVACY & COMPLIANCE

The Company handles all provided lead data, calendar access, and call recordings securely. Data is utilized strictly for the operational functionality of the AI system, appointment booking, and performance improvements for the Client.

5. AGREEMENT

By checking the "I agree to the Terms of Service" box during checkout, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, forming a legally binding digital contract.
